Home along neighborhood’s private lake tops sales report at $1.3M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 25 was $1.3 million for a home south of Sioux Falls near Bakker Crossing Golf Course.

The 5,100-square-foot home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was built in the Arthur Estates neighborhood in 2019 and sits on a 1.3-acre lot that’s next to the development’s private lake.

Another home reached the million-dollar mark. A 4,500-square-foot brick ranch walkout in The Reserve neighborhood in south Sioux Falls sold for $1 million. It was built in 2005 and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a basketball sport court in the backyard, which is along a greenway.
