The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 17 was $1.1 million for a home along Prairie Green Golf Course on the south side of Sioux Falls.

The 4,700-square-foot ranch house was built in 2001 south of 69th Street. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include 12-foot ceilings, European oak floors and a chef’s kitchen.
