Harrisburg restaurant temporarily closed; building goes on market

March 22, 2018

Game Changer restaurant in Harrisburg is “closed temporarily,” and the building is listed for sale or lease.

A sign on the door reads: “We will be closed temporarily for an equipment remodel to accommodate our growth needs. Sorry for the brief inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your continued support and understanding.”

Gary Sperber opened the restaurant on Cliff Avenue almost one year ago.

The listed sale price on the 3,040-square-foot building is $750,000, which includes a significant amount of kitchen equipment. It’s being marketed by NAI Sioux Falls.

“Whoever takes over the restaurant is going to have a built-in customer in pizza sales,” said NAI’s Dennis Breske, who has it listed. “Whoever leases or buys the property will automatically have a couple thousand dollars a month in sales to (nearby) Air Madness.”
