Harrisburg house on Parade of Homes tops sales report at $1.8M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 30 was almost $1.8 million for a house in Harrisburg that was part of the fall Parade of Homes.
The 5,400-square-foot two-story home was built last year on a half-acre lot in the Sunny Haven Estates neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a chef-inspired kitchen and pass-through pantry with a full refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. The lower level has a wine room and second laundry. The garage holds six vehicles.
Two other houses sold for at least $1 million.
