“We were looking for a nice fitness facility that everybody in my family could take part in and find something to get us active,” said Grace Fjellanger, a student at Augustana University.
She and her dad both like the group fitness classes, she said.
“I make it my goal to get there at least once a week to some class, whether it’s a Body Pump or a hard-core ab one, anything like that,” she said.
“I also really like all the amenities that come with the GreatLIFE membership. So I have a sauna, and it’s really nice in the cold weather, for sure, sitting in there before a workout, warming up my muscles. Having the juice bar right here for after a workout is really convenient.”
Her “home gym” is at 39th Street and Phillips Avenue.
“It has everything I need. I love the trainers,” she said.
“I would 100 percent recommend GreatLIFE to anybody looking for a fitness facility to go to. The atmosphere here is really unintimidating. I feel welcomed when I walk into any facility around the city of Sioux Falls, even if it’s not one I normally go to.”
When they’re not working out, the family also enjoys using its membership for free bowling, she added.
