Got a classic vehicle to sell? Sioux Falls Classic Car Auction is ready for it

June 21, 2023

This paid event listing is sponsored by The Sioux Falls Classic Car Auction.

The popular Sioux Falls Classic Car Auction returns in July for its third annual event – and it’s accepting vehicles to sell now.

The sale will be July 22 at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Doors open at 8 a.m. with bidder registration and vehicle inspection. The classic car auction starts at 10 a.m.

“We expect more than 100 classic and collector cars to be available,” co-organizer Craig Gould said. “We’ve already taken in everything from a vintage 1929 Ford Model A roadster to a stunning 1961 MGA and a classic 1968 Ford Mustang convertible.”

But there’s room for more.

“We know the Sioux Falls area is filled with car collectors, and this is an opportunity to sell through a national auction presence,” Gould said. “We promote our inventory across the country and internationally, right out of Sioux Falls.”

While the main event is Saturday, on Friday, July 21, car lovers won’t want to miss a preview that includes hearing from industry experts.

Representatives of Hagerty Classic Car Insurance, an American automotive lifestyle and membership company, will deliver a State of the Collector Car Market presentation from 6 to 7 p.m.

“Your $10 entry fee covers both days, and 12 and under are free.” Gould said. “We’re excited to expand our reach by allowing our guests to hear from the world’s largest provider of specialty insurance for classic vehicles. It’s really going to be a two-day celebration of the collector car industry, and we’re looking forward to bringing it to Sioux Falls.”

To consign your car or collection of cars, call Gould at 406-698-7930, email [email protected], or consign through the website at classiccarauction.us. Admission is paid at the event.
