The most expensive home sale for the week of April 1 was $1.4 million for a one-of-a-kind estate featuring a European-inspired design.
Known as Bellosquardo, it was built in 2001 and sits on 6 acres overlooking Split Rock Creek and Brandon’s two golf courses. With more than 10,000 square feet, the house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a six-stall garage. Features include a bar, library, theater room and indoor pool.
