Former Pizza Hut demolished for Taco John’s

July 8, 2019

Potato Oles are about to replace personal pan pizzas.

The former Pizza Hut at 26th Street and Sycamore Avenue is being demolished today.

It will be replaced by a small retail center that will include a Taco John’s. The concept is similar to the one that opened earlier this year on East 1oth Street.

The plan is to be open before the end of the year, according to Ted Miller, vice president of operations for the franchise group.

There is about 1,800 square feet left to lease in the new building.
