Forever 21 will be open in time for back-to-school shopping at The Empire Mall.

The store announced that Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. will be opening day.

It’s located between the food court and the center court.

It’s the first store in South Dakota for the fast-growing clothing retailer, which specializes in merchandise that changes quickly.

The closest location to Sioux Falls is in Omaha.
