Fishback Financial Corp., the holding company of First Bank & Trust, has promoted Carrie Wilson to chief financial officer.

Wilson, who was controller, now will be responsible for capital planning, budgeting, financial statement reporting and acquisition financial due diligence.

“Carrie has been a vital asset since she joined us in 2007,” said Dave Waligoske, president and CEO of Fishback Financial. “Her financial leadership has helped us through numerous acquisitions while keeping us a grounded and financially healthy community bank in all 23 of our locations.”

Wilson has more than 20 years of financial services experience and is a graduate of USD.
