Fish and chips food truck to make one-day stop

A food truck traveling the region is bringing its signature fish and chips to Sioux Falls this week.
On the Hook Fish and Chips will be in the Lowe’s parking lot at 4601 W. 26th St. from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
There’s only one meal on the menu: Three pieces of wild Alaskan cod, beer-battered fries, a house-made tartar sauce and sriracha mayo.
The truck was started in 2016 by two University of Wyoming engineering students. It’s now a multitruck enterprise that travels through several states.
