Custom-built home tops sales report at $3.1M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 22 was $3.1 million for a custom-built home in the Crown at Arbors Edge development on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 7,500-square-foot home was built in 2021 by Deffenbaugh Homes on a 3.6-acre lot. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include an exercise room with a sauna, a wine storage area, two offices, two laundry rooms and a four-stall garage. The property also includes a separate four-stall garage and workshop.
