Nov. 11, 2025

This event listing is sponsored by Junkin’ Market Days.

You’ll leave not just with one-of-a-kind gifts for others but also with your own creations at this weekend’s Junkin’ Market Days.

The popular marketplace of handmade and unique items returns to Sioux Falls on Nov. 14-15 at the Ramkota Exhibit Hall.

This year introduces a special new addition: The Make & Take Experience, where guests can roll up their sleeves and craft a personalized gift or keepsake.

Local makers will guide participants step-by-step, with all supplies provided for a small materials fee. DIY kits also will be available to take home.

Make & Take projects include:

  • Sourdough starter kits.
  • Custom clay necklaces.
  • Room sprays.
  • Candle bar with scented bead wax candles.
  • Fabric, bead and charm necklaces.
  • Custom door mats and other craft workshops.
  • Hat bar with vinyl patches.
  • Fall scarecrow.
  • Upcycled sweater pumpkins.

Along with your own crafting, shop works from local makers and small businesses from shabby-chic home decor, rustic furniture and boutique clothing to handmade jewelry, candles, bath and body products and gourmet food. It’s the perfect place to check off your holiday list while supporting small businesses.

Hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15.

Follow the Junkin’ Market Days Facebook event for a BOGO admission coupon, and be among the first 25 guests each day to show the post at the door to receive free admission.
