Condo unit at expanded Cherapa Place tops sale report at $1.8M

Two condominium units in the expansion of Cherapa Place in downtown Sioux Falls topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of March 13.
The units have yet to be finished in The Bancorp Building, which is north of the original Cherapa Place. It’s a 10-story mixed-use building that is primarily office space, with retail planned for the first floor and the condominiums on the ninth and 10th floors.
