What brought you to Sioux Falls?

I’ve always lived in smaller towns near Sioux Falls.

What keeps you in Sioux Falls?

Ultimately, family and the city itself. The atmosphere in Sioux Falls is different than anywhere else I’ve lived.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Learning something new every day and every day being different. Each day I work with something different than the day before.

How did you get connected to your industry?

I had previously worked at Sanford Health Plan with a current colleague, Jenn Gates. She has always said wonderful things about MMA, and I’ve always wanted to be a part of a company that cares for not only their employees but their community as well.

Passionate, innovative and collaborative.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

My favorite way to give back to the community is to donate items to local organizations and charities. From clothing to food, many people in our community are in need of many things.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I am hoping in the next five years I will still be learning and growing with MMA and growing myself. I’m looking forward to grow in my position and potentially move into a new role with MMA.
