The east side of Sioux Falls won’t have to wait much longer for Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Opening day is set for Monday, Dec. 12, for the location at 5300 E. Arrowhead Parkway.

It’s the second Chipotle in Sioux Falls. The first at Empire Place opened exactly two years ago today.

The east-side restaurant features a “Chipotlane” drive-thru pickup lane for digital orders in addition to a dining room and front line.

The first five customers Monday will receive free Chipotle merchandise. Hours for the restaurant will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
