Chick-fil-A reopens dining room

You can dine in or order food to go again inside Sioux Falls’ new Chick-fil-A.
The restaurant at Empire Place in front of The Empire Mall switched to drive-thru service only days after opening in late September.
But at lunch today, crowds were dining in and ordering takeout at the counter.
The menu also has grown a bit since opening day with the addition of seasonal items, including chicken tortilla soup and peppermint chip milkshakes.
