Brick home along bike path tops sales report at $1.4M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 22 was $1.4 million for a home in the Crown Pointe neighborhood.

The 6,100-square-foot, all-brick ranch walkout home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was built in 1997 on a 1-acre lot that overlooks the Big Sioux River. The backyard offers direct access to the city’s bike path. Features include a three-season room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the landscaped backyard, 13-foot ceilings in the living room and a heated four-stall garage.
