The latest expansion for the owners of Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen provides space for a future catering operation.

Full Circle Sandwich Kitchen LLC is putting a kitchen in a building at 818 E. Eighth St. that also includes Addis Ababa Meat Market & Grocery and the kitchen for Prairie Cocoa & Confections.

“The first order of business will be to get it built out and use it as a prep kitchen for Bread & Circus and Pizza Cheeks,” co-owner Barry Putzke said. “That’s the immediate need.”

He and chef Jordan Taylor started Bread & Circus in 2017 and opened Pizza Cheeks last year.

“Eventually, it will be where we run some catering out of,” he said. “We’re working on a catering brand.”
