What brought you to Sioux Falls?

School.

What keeps you in Sioux Falls?

My career, family and friends.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Being able to come to work and make a positive impact in some shape or form each day.

How did you get connected to your industry?

I started my career in the banking industry as a lead teller and strived to gain more job knowledge to make a bigger impact for the customers I assisted. This eventually led to becoming a personal banker, where I enjoyed the relationship-building with customers.

Community, relational, caring.

What is something someone might be surprised to learn about you?

I enjoy playing volleyball multiple times a week in city leagues or tournaments.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

Helping small businesses with their startup needs and helping them grow their business.  

What’s one business you’d like to see in Sioux Falls that isn’t here now? 

Trader Joe’s. 

Where do you see yourself in five years? 

I see myself with First Premier Bank for the foreseeable future.
