Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Sept. 6.

The most-expensive property is an acreage southwest of Harrisburg that sold for $1.3 million. The two-story home was built in 2010 and has 4,100 square feet with five bedrooms. It sits on 10 acres, and outdoor features include a pool, barn, riding arena and pond.

The second home to top the million-dollar mark at $1,037,500 is a new house in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood on the eastern edge of Sioux Falls. It was built by WT Homes and overlooks Willow Run Golf Course.
