The most expensive residential sale for the week of Nov. 24 was almost $1.7 million for a house that was built in 2011 on a farm site surrounded by a mature shelterbelt and cropland.

The 1,600-square-foot ranch house sits on 120 acres northeast of Humboldt. The sale included an additional parcel with 36 acres. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the property has several outbuildings.
