Two Sioux Falls companies named to Inc. best workplaces list
June 3, 2026
Two Sioux Falls companies have been named among the best workplaces in the nation by Inc., recognized for building exceptional workplace cultures and prioritizing employee experience.
The annual award, presented by Inc. and Quantum Workplace, is based on an evaluation of workplace culture and employee experience. The process includes an employee survey measuring areas such as management effectiveness, professional development, benefits and overall company culture, along with a review of workplace policies and perks. This year’s list includes 507 companies nationwide.
Sioux Falls-based MarketBeat made the list for a third consecutive year. Inc. noted that the digital media company creates “a collaborative work environment in which employees have a say in key decisions.”
“For nearly two decades, we’ve worked to build a company that’s both high performing and a great place to work,” said Matt Paulson, founder and CEO of MarketBeat. “As we’ve grown, we’ve been intentional about maintaining the culture that got us here. Culture isn’t something you can take for granted. It takes ongoing effort, and we’re proud to continue investing in our employees.”
Software technology company Prismatic made the list for a second consecutive year.
It was recognized “for setting clear expectations and giving employees the tools to meet them.”
“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” Inc. editorial director Bonny Ghosh said in a statement. “Even in a labor market that favors employers, these companies understand that an intentional and authentic commitment to their teams drives stronger employee retention, engagement and, ultimately, a stronger business overall.”
