Two acreages topped the residential sales for the week of March 2 at $1.1 million each.

The acreage southeast of Sioux Falls near Lake Alvin includes a story-and-a-half house that was built in 2022 on 2 acres in a rural development. The 3,100-square-foot house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property includes a 30-by-40-foot shop building. 

The acreage west of Sioux Falls includes a walkout ranch house that was built in 1996 on 7 acres. The 3,500-square-foot house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main level of the house was remodeled recently. The property includes a 36-by-56-foot shop building.
