A brand-new apartment complex in Watertown is available for sale through Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Located at 315 E. Kemp Ave., the 63-unit complex is a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, along with 64 indoor parking spaces. Construction is 90 percent complete.

The property is a bankruptcy sale subject to approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of North Dakota (Fargo) — Petition No. 25-30004, in re The Ruins LLC. The bid deadline is 5 p.m. CT on April 16.

On-site inspections are available at 11 a.m. April 2 and 11, by appointment only.

With a population of approximately 23,000 people, Watertown offers a diverse employment base spanning manufacturing, health care, education and financial services. Major employers in the region include Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, Terex Utilities, Worthington Industries and Premier Bankcard, along with the Watertown School District.
