The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 19 was just shy of $1 million for a house on the eastern edge of Sioux Falls.

The 4,100-square-foot house was built in 2021 in the Copper Creek neighborhood. The two-story walkout has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The house has two fireplaces and a four-stall garage.
