The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 6 was $1.4 million for a townhouse near Lake Lorraine.

The 3,300-square-foot townhouse was built in 2024 in a development on the south side of the lake. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include an elevator, a gas fireplace in the living room and a private deck for the primary suite.

Two other sales topped the million-dollar mark.
