Aug. 19, 2025
The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 28 was $1.8 million for a house along Bakker Crossing Golf Course south of Sioux Falls.
The 6,800-square-foot house was custom built in 2019 on 1 acre in the Arthur Estates development. It has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, a four-stall garage and core-floor storage. A catwalk on the upper level of the house connects two wings of bedrooms and leads to a central hangout space. A fully equipped living unit is attached to the back of the house and has its own entrance.
An acreage northeast of Canton also topped million-dollar mark. The 5,300-square-foot home sits on 32 acres and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. An outbuilding has several garage stalls, epoxy floors and a hobby room/man cave.
