Greg Woods has joined The First National Bank in Sioux Falls board of directors. Woods is an account executive at Evolving Solutions. He has held leadership roles as chief information officer at POET and Great Western Bank, and also spent time at Dell EMC. He is a Marine Corps veteran.

Brad Reimer
Becker’s Hospital Review has named Brad Reimer, Sanford Health senior vice president and chief information officer, to its 2025 list of hospital and health system CIOs to know. Under Reimer’s leadership, Sanford Health has strengthened its information security program, optimized efficiencies and enhanced technical infrastructure to support a $350 million virtual care initiative. Reimer also pioneered a reverse rounding program, connecting IT teams with front-line caregivers to better understand technology’s role in patient care. Additionally, Reimer launched “ask me anything” virtual sessions to boost communication and engagement, ensuring transparency and team alignment.
SDN Communications
The SDN Communications board of managers has elected its leadership: president, Ross Petrick, general manager and CEO of Alliance Communications, based out of Garretson; vice president, Tracy Bandemer, general manager and CEO of Interstate Telecommunications Cooperative, based out of Clear Lake; and secretary/treasurer, Chad Mutziger, general manager and CEO of Midstate Communications, based out of Kimball. The board also elected a new member: Nick Rogness, general manager and CEO of Golden West Telecommunications in Wall.

Joe Dylla most recently served as in-house counsel for a financial institution and has additional experience in in-counsel roles and private practice.
Children’s Home Society
Pam and Steve Jansa have been announced as the first recipients of the Caring Heart Award from the Children’s Home Society. Pam Jansa served on both the Children’s Home Society and the Children’s Home Foundation boards for many years and served a pivotal role in shaping CHS into the organization it is today.

Charles Gullickson
Charles Gullickson has been selected for the 2025 Class of Distinguished Alumni by the South Dakota State University Alumni Association. Gullickson, who graduated from SDSU in 1977, has practiced law at Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith since 1980, focusing on financial institutions, and has been a partner since 1984. Gullickson also serves as executive director and general counsel for the South Dakota Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association. He is widely considered to be the primary lawyer responsible for developing the business model used by several banks to market credit products on a national basis, allowing banks to expand their business beyond the borders of South Dakota. He also has been instrumental in task forces addressing nationwide insurance insolvencies, including chairing Guaranty Association’s national task force appointed to handle the 2017 insolvency of Penn Treaty, a long-term care insurer.

Jeremy Feist
Jeremy Feist has joined Raker Rhodes Engineering as a structural engineer. Feist earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from South Dakota Mines. He had been working for the past seven years in Seattle, where he served as lead design engineer on major projects across the country, including the Mutual of Omaha Tower, which is the tallest building in Omaha, and the new convention center in Austin, Texas.
