KPOT is an all-you-can-eat concept where diners can grill their food or cook it in broth at their table. For grilling, there are beef, pork, chicken, seafood and veggie options.
For hot pot, the menu includes seven options for soup bases and a large variety of meats, seafood and sides, from Kobe beef and prime brisket to lobster balls to quail eggs. Diners can add vegetables, including multiple kinds of mushrooms and greens, and they can choose from noodles such as udon, ramen and vermicelli or white rice.
It first announced in mid-2023 that it was coming to Sioux Falls.
An opening day hasn’t been announced but is expected to be sometime in February.
