A home south of Sioux Falls in a neighborhood along Bakker Crossing Golf Course topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Sept. 9 at $1.5 million.

The two-story walkout was built in 2013 on a 1-acre lot along the pond in the Arthur Estates neighborhood. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a six-car garage and core-floor garage. The lower level is set up for entertaining with a projector, wet bar, gaming area and fireplace.
