6,100-square-foot home tops sales report at $1.3 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 24 was almost $1.3 million for a home in The Grand Prairie neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.
The 6,100-square-foot house was built by Skogen Builders in 2007. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor includes a sitting area and fireplace. An open staircase leads to the upper half-story with a study loft and three bedrooms. Lower-level features include a second kitchen, wine cellar and tasting room. An enclosed porch has a fireplace and air-conditioning.
