The Courtyards at Golden Gateway will unveil a clubhouse to complement its luxury living next week.

The vibrant community for those 55 and older will host a ribbon-cutting and grand opening from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 18, including a celebration with local food trucks, beverages and live music from Elisabeth Hunstad. The ribbon-cutting in partnership with the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Nestled at the heart of the Courtyards at Golden Gateway community, which is conveniently located on the east side of Sioux Falls at 1640 N. Rosemary Ave., the brand-new clubhouse is the epitome of modern, luxury living.

“This marks a significant milestone for the community as it opens its doors to an array of exciting amenities and endless opportunities for social engagement,” said Kyle Kelly, founder of builder and developer Kelly Construction.

Designed as a haven for active adults, the clubhouse offers a pool, pickleball court, cutting-edge golf simulator, well-equipped fitness studio and expansive indoor-outdoor gathering areas.

Kelly Construction has a decade-long history of building luxury homes in Sioux City and expanded to Sioux Falls in 2017, becoming a franchise builder for Epcon Communities in 2021. Kelly broke ground on Courtyards at Golden Gateway in early 2022.

Homes range from two to four bedrooms, and prices start in the low $500,000s. Garage sizes from two to four stalls and walkout-basement homesites are available.

“This community benefits from a convenient location near Dawley Farm Village, with growing shopping and dining options, as well as close proximity to medical care from both Avera and Sanford,” Kelly said.
