The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 24 was more than $1.2 million for a new home in Tea that was part of the Fall Parade of Homes.

The 5,200-square-foot, two-story walkout home was built by BH Construction & Homes. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a mother-in-law suite and a two-story entry and great room.
