The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 1 was $1.2 million for a home in the Mystic Heights neighborhood on the east edge of Sioux Falls.

The 2,900-square-foot home was built in 2021 on a cul-de-sac. The two-story residence has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
