10,500-square-foot home tops sales report at $3M

A house in The Grand Prairie neighborhood in south Sioux Falls that sold for almost $3 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of May 12.
The two-story walkout house was built in 2006 on three-quarters of an acre. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include a two-story wall of windows, a curved staircase and a primary suite with a fireplace and walk-in closet with laundry. On the lower level, there’s a theater room and a sunken wet bar that leads to a game room with a golf simulator and putting green. Outside, there’s a basketball court.
Three other homes sold for more than $1 million.
