The Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls South has completed a full transformation.

The nine-month renovation included a total refresh of the lobby, restaurant, bar, guest rooms, corridors, meeting space, pool and fitness center.

The 103-room hotel at 5300 S. Grand Circle was acquired by KAJ Hospitality in May 2023.

“We’re incredibly proud to reintroduce Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls South with a modern, elevated design that reflects the warmth and quality our guests expect,” said Aaron Johnson, chief visionary at KAJ Hospitality.

“This renovation touches every part of the hotel and enhances both the comfort and functionality of the space — whether you’re staying overnight, attending an event or stopping in for a meal.”

The lobby was done in bright colors with an open-concept layout.

The indoor pool was redesigned, and the fitness center was expanded.

The hotel includes more than 4,000 square feet of event space, including a ballroom and six meeting rooms with capacity for up to 260 guests.

The Garden Grille & Bar serves breakfast and dinner.
