East-side Starbucks opens — with drive-thru only

East-siders, your new Starbucks is open. But you can’t go inside yet.
The location on 41st Street east of Sycamore Avenue opened today with drive-thru-only service.
That’s the same approach the other corporate stores have taken recently as they attempt to hire. The hope is to open the lobby areas the week of Oct. 10, a local manager said.
The new location was developed by Cresten Capital Holdings, which also is developing the newly announced Starbucks on the west side at 41st Street and Ellis Road.
Hours at the new east-side store at 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
