As a licensed architect, you will serve as a senior leader within our healthcare practice, driving both project delivery and team performance across complex healthcare environments. You will lead the execution of design intent through all phases, including documentation, specifications and construction, ensuring quality, consistency and technical excellence. This role requires a high level of design leadership, strategic thinking and seasoned architectural judgment to anticipate and resolve complex challenges, shape program objectives and align project outcomes with client goals and regulatory requirements. In addition to project responsibilities, you will mentor team members, strengthen our healthcare expertise and play a key role in advancing the growth and impact of our healthcare practice.
