Iowa bank adds mortgage loan office in Sioux Falls
Iowa-based Northwest Bank has expanded to Sioux Falls.
The bank has opened a mortgage loan office at 2401 W. Trevi Place. It’s staffed by mortgage loan originator Noah Slagter, who brings four years of mortgage lending experience with Northwest Bank in the Des Moines market.
“We are excited to expand our mortgage lending presence in Sioux Falls and introduce Noah to the community,” Travis Simpson, regional bank president, said in a statement.
“Noah is committed to delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the mortgage solution that best fits their needs. His experience, accessibility and customer-first approach make him a great resource for homebuyers across the Sioux Falls market.”
The new Sioux Falls location will focus exclusively on home financing.
“We’re especially excited to bring our construction lending program to the Sioux Falls market and help guide borrowers through the homebuilding process from start to finish,” Slagter said.
Northwest Bank serves customers through 22 locations across 19 communities in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
