Three homes topped the $1 million mark for sales in the week of Dec. 11.

Condominium units in the new Washington Square claimed the No. 1 spot at $1,199,500 and the No. 3 spot at $1,027,500. Five other condos in the downtown building that recently opened made the top 10. A house in the Grand Prairie neighborhood came in at No. 2, selling for $1,070,000.
