Click Rain is an award-winning marketing technology agency with clients in more than 25 states. We help people reimagine what marketing can be in an increasingly complex digital landscape. We don’t work in a specialized niche — variety is the spice of life, after all. Our clients are in industries such as hospitality, tourism, higher education, financial services, health care and consumer products.

Our culture can be described a lot of ways. It’s fun, innovative, award-winning and different. We care about the people who work here, and we care about the work we send out into the world.

Our priorities are faith, family, work — in that order. While we spend the majority of our waking hours at work, we know there’s much more to life. We’re growing, but we remain committed to investing in people — our team members, our clients and our community.

Click Rain is looking for a UX content strategist who will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategy for clients based on defined business objectives. Specific duties will include performing website audits and inventories, developing detailed sitemaps and deriving strategic goals and initiatives by interpreting various analytical data. The successful candidate also will play a key role in defining, testing and executing the user experience across digital platforms as necessary. The UX strategist will collaborate and work closely with the design, development and marketing strategy teams. The UX strategist will be responsible for interacting with clients, attending client meetings and going to related networking functions as requested, representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualities

  • Advanced knowledge with web development principles, including content management tools, usability, information architecture and design concepts.
  • Ability to provide a positive user experience through planning and designing the information structure for websites through information architecture and content modeling.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to establish brand voice and tone as well as develop clear, concise, useful and usable web copy.
  • Ability to exercise editorial judgment with multiple audiences, maintain brand voice and tone, and develop clear and effective digital communications.
