Two houses top $1M in sales report
Two houses topped the $1 million mark for home sales in the week of Dec. 4.
The No. 1 spot went to a house in the gated Grand Prairie Estates neighborhood that sold for $1,339,000. An acreage south of Sioux Falls came in at No. 2, selling for $1,250,000.
