The most expensive home sale for the week of July 23 was $842,500 for a five-bedroom, seven-bath home in southeast Sioux Falls.
The 6,200-square-foot house features a bonus room above the six-stall garage that has overhead doors on the front and rear of it. The backyard landscaping on the half-acre lot includes a waterfall.
