Top home sale: Countryside acreage overlooking golf course

The most expensive home sale for the week of May 14 was $779,500 for a house in Arthur Estates along Bakker Crossing Golf Course south of Sioux Falls.
The Thurman Construction-built house on 1.2 acres features five bedrooms and four baths. There’s a four-stall garage and a core floor storage area. The 4,300-square-foot home overlooks the golf course and has access to the neighborhood’s stocked pond.
