Take your first trip or make a repeat visit to the Stockyards Ag Experience Barn at Falls Park in December.

Admission is free all month. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Thursday through Monday. Free-will donations are accepted.

The barn features two interactive exhibits: one dedicated to the history of the Sioux Falls Stockyards and another  that tells the farm-to-table story – how food makes its way from the farm to the family table.

“We are pleased to offer this opportunity to our community and guests,” said Jennifer Hoesing, executive director of the nonprofit Stockyards Ag Experience.

“We love to share how agriculture – past, present and even future – impact our daily lives. We are excited to offer free admission to the public, so families can share time together learning and growing this holiday season.”

The barn is at 309 E. Falls Park Drive on the north side of Falls Park. For information, visit stockyardsagexperience.org.
