Raven names new general counsel

Lee Magnuson
Raven Industries Inc. has named Lee Magnuson its new general counsel.
He replaces Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, who is becoming president of Augustana University.
Magnuson has been a lawyer for more than 30 years and most recently was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum LLP.
His first day at Raven is June 12.
