Prairie Hills home tops sales list at $800,000

The most expensive home sale for the week of Nov. 5 was $800,000 for a 5,300-square-foot house filled inside and out with entertainment opportunities.
The six-bedroom, five-bath home sits on a half-acre lot along a greenway in the northern part of the Prairie Hills neighborhood near 69th Street between Louise and Western avenues. It features a wet bar and theater room in the lower level. Outside, there’s a pool, hot tub, sport court and a patio with a fire pit.
