The list recognizes the top 5 percent of the attorneys in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska. The selection is based on attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice through professional accomplishments.

Allison Struck has been hired as the first executive director of the Sioux Falls Public Schools Education Foundation. Struck previously worked as a program manager and coordinator at Feeding South Dakota. The nonprofit education foundation, which is endorsed by the Sioux Falls School District, raises money to support creative and innovating teaching strategies that aren’t funded by tax dollars to enhance education for students. It is governed by a board of volunteers and has been operated by part-time employees.
Jessica Stienstra has joined Voyage Federal Credit Union as its marketing manager. Stienstra has 12 years of sales and marketing experience working for organizations such as Raven Industries, Healthgrades and, most recently, Midco.
