Oh My Cupcakes is a couple of weeks away from opening its new east-side store.

The location at 3326 E. 10th St. will open at 8 a.m. Jan. 15. A grand opening will following Jan. 18, when the 100th person in the new shop will receive free cupcakes for a  year.

The business is in a new retail center next to Starbucks.

Oh My Cupcakes will announce additional grand-opening activities in the weeks ahead. The event will run through 6 p.m. Jan. 19.
